How On Track can help young people
Referring agencies
The On Track project was created to clear barriers to work for young people in Norfolk who have multiple and complex needs. The project helps to support young people aged 16-24 to get into education, training or employment.
Young people who participate in the project receive extensive tailor-made coaching, mentoring and guidance to help them to fulfil their career goals and overcome barriers such as: homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse, mental health issues, criminal activity, disabilities and learning difficulties. On Track also supports young people in our migrant communities.
All participants can attend the Engagement and whole range of vocational taters and activities to get them work ready.
On Track is a joint initiative, led by The Matthew Project, working in partnership in Norfolk, with ACE, GYROS, NANSA, The Prince’s Trust and YMCA Norfolk.
If you are working with a young person who would benefit from On Track, please contact us at contact@ontracknorfolk.org or just download and complete the application form and email it to us.
