Employability Walk Great Yarmouth 04/11/19

This was our first employability walk in Great Yarmouth. Our participants got to see speak to a range of different employers around the town. Our young people used the same set of questions as were used on the Norwich employability walk and included –  What barriers did you face when looking for a job?, What did you find difficult about the interview process? – and how did you overcome these difficulties?, How did you feel when you first started your job?, How do you feel now that you have been in your job a while?, How have you been supported within your employment? and what was your first job?

A massive thank you must go out to Palmer’s Department Store, CEX, Grumpies Café, Unique Crafts and Wilko who’s staff were both generous with their time and also fielded any additional questions.
