Employability Walk 04/09/19

During the morning and early afternoon On Track participants took to the streets and engaged with an employability walk around Norwich. The purpose of the walk was to demonstrate to our participants that there are people in employment who have had to overcome barriers to their own employment. Our participants were armed with questions and there were some productive conversations throughout the activity. A big thank you to the Steering group for coming up with the questions as well as a massive thank you to Further Digital Marketing, Nando’s, The Garage and The Maids Head Hotel who agreed to participate and generously gave up their time for our first Employability Walk.
