B.E.A.T.T.S Anxiety Workshop 14/02/20
Another chance for our participants to arm themselves with the tools they need to be able to tackle the anxieties that they often face. This course also challenges participants to face anxiety head on and explore their thought processes and how they view themselves within the environment that they live. So if you are signed up to On Track why not come along, we offer a supportive environment with refreshments.
