June – Oct 2018 Keep on Cooking!

Cooking sessions in Kings Lynn, Great Yarmouth and more recently Empanda (Cromer) continue to provide participants with an opportunity to learn new techniques and skills including knife work, preparation of healthy meals from scratch and how to follow recipes. Each session lasts 3 hours and everything made can be taken home in food containers provided. So far we have made Chicken/Vegetable Fajitas, Spaghetti Bolognese (with side salad), Chocolate Brownie, Sausage Plait, Lasagne and Chicken Curry and Fishcakes. All sessions are broken down in to identification of ingredients and then preparation of food including cleanliness, tips and techniques and cooking timings.
